 Scale Softner
 (Evaguard – SS / Evaclean – SS)

-Non corrosive in nature
-To soften hard deposits of silica and lime scale
-Remove complete scale within short time
-Reduce cleaningl cost
-Save heat energy due to complete removal of scale
-Increase in evaporator capacity

PH Booster for Spray Pond
 (Technoboost)

Generally lime is used to maintain PH of spray pond water at 7.0 which causes scale formation in the pipes, chocking of condenser and spray nozzles. To avoid all these factors use of PH booster is helpful.

 Decolorising Agent
(Sucrolyte-SDC / Sucrobright - CP)

- Because of existence of high colouring matters in cane juice and development of colours in
 intermediate process stages. Final sugar ICUMSA increases and sugar becomes unfit for export.
 To avoid this dosing of SUCROLYTE–SDC and SUCROBRIGHT - CP is helpful.
- Reduces colour in clear juice
- Reduces colour in filtrate
- Reduces colour in syrup
- Helps to produce bright and white crystaline sugar

Flocculants

Bagasse Pol and Moisture Reducer
(Technotreat – BPR)

This product has the ability to reducing surface tension. It allows close contact between the solid base cell phase and liquid phase for adequate diffusion of sugar.

Seeds Slurry (Technotreat – SLR)

In sugar industry there is a regular practice of preparation od seed slurry by the use of ball mill, which is tedious, electricity and time consuming and laborious procedure. This also needs man power to lookafter. To avoid all these headache use readymade seed slurry which gives advantages as below

-Stable under wide range of PH and Temperature
-Size of crystal between 3-5 microns (85-90%)
-Due to uniformity of seed crystal size growth of sugar crystals is also similar
-Reduces losses of sugar in molasses due to excellent exhaustion
